Epic Eye Pixel Pro is a medium FOV (field of view) industrial 3D camera. Pixel Pro features compact size, light weight, and fast imaging like Pixel Mini. More importantly, it adopts a new groundbreaking self-developed encoding mode, which enables precise imaging of transparent objects, reflective objects, and black objects, making it ideal for metal parts loading and logistics scenarios.

Pixel Pro's working distance ranges from 600mm to 1500mm and its far FOV is 1400mm*857mm@1.5m, which is the largest working field of similar products with the same working range, making it ideal for a wider range of scenarios. For customers, this means greater flexibility and adaptability.

Accurately capture transparent / reflective objects

In the field of metal parts loading or logistics, transparent objects such as saline bags, water bottles, cosmetics, etc., as well as reflective workpieces will bring challenges to the machine vision system. Traditional encoding modes often result in incomplete, missing or fluctuating point clouds, affecting the accuracy of operations.

Pixel Pro uses a new self-developed encoding mode, which effectively solves the imaging problems of traditional technology and ensures generating true-to-reality and complete point clouds even for the most challenging transparent objects, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of automation.
